The Intha fishermen didn't find any fish as we were passing, so we missed the chance to see them thrust their nets into the water on conical frames. But their deft usage of a single leg oar to maneuver their boats made soft ripples in the still water. Other Inthas tended their floating gardens near their homes on stilts at lake's edge.
